JAMMU, Sept 4: The Government today ordered that Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, Commissioner / Secretary to the Government, Industries and Commerce Department, holding additional charge of Commissioner / Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, will also hold the charge of Commissioner / Secretary to the Government, Department of Mining, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
