JAMMU, Mar 15: Deputy CAG, Defence & Railways, Roy S Mathrani who was on a visit to Northern Command interacted with GoC in C at HQ NC Udhampur and discussed the audit outcome from the theme audit carried out during the year 2018-19 with him.
The meeting was also attended by S K Thakur, Director General of Audit Defence Services, Chandigarh and R K Pandita , Director of Audit , Defence Services , Northern Command, Jammu.
Dy. CAG also visited the various formations in 16 Corps area and interacted with the Formation Commanders and the officers and jawans deployed in the forward locations.
While concluding his visit, he also inaugurated the newly renovated office of the Director of Audit Defence Services, Northern Command , Jammu located in Satwari, Jammu today and held a meeting with the officers and officials. The function besides, other dignitaries was also attended by D R Negi the Principal Controller of Defence Accounts, Northern Command and Shourjo Chatterjee Accountant General (A&E) Jammu & Kashmir.
