Dy CEO suspended for undue hindrances in election related work

KISHTWAR, Nov 24: Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Angrez Singh Rana today ordered suspension of Deputy Chief Education Officer Kishtwar Javed Ahmed Kichloo for undue hindrance in the urgent election related work.
According to the order issued, Special Summary Revision for 2017-18 was under progress and Lok Raj, teacher was attached in the office of Tehsildar (AERO) Bounjwah for the smooth conduct of Special Summary Revisions 2017-18 as well as the preparation for the panchayat elections.
“Deputy CEO Kishtwar asked Tehsildar Bounjwah to direct the said teacher to report to his original/legitimate place of posting (GMS Muglabad) with immediate effect citing telephonic message of Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar. No such telephonic message was given to any officer from DC office regarding the detachment of any teacher”, the order read.
Meanwhile, Tehsildar (AERO) Bounjwah requested CEO Kishtwar not to detach the said official as his services are required in the election related work till the completion of Special Summary Revision.
Deputy CEO Kishtwar was called today to explain the reasons of misusing the name of DC office and causing the undue hindrances in the urgent election related work. Deputy CEO instead of explaining his action get agitated and said “it will create trouble for you”. Deputy CEO was accompanied by political persons to pressurize the DC Kishtwar to shift Lok Raj from performing the election duty.
“Therefore, till pending enquiry into the whole matter, Deputy CEO Kishtwar Javed Ahmed Kichloo has been placed under suspension for creating hindrances in the election related urgent work and for his unbecoming behavior as an officer. Chief Executive Officer, KDA, Kishtwar and Assistant Commissioner Kishtwar will hold the detailed enquiry and furnish the report within 10 days”, the order read further
