SRINAGAR: The Deputy Chief Minister today extended felicitation to the youth of the state who have qualified the prestigious Civil Services, the results of which were declared yesterday.
In a message, Dr. Singh said that it exhibits the talent and the knowledge of our youth who have made their mark in different fields and now are exhibiting their skill in cracking the prestigious civil service. He hope that they would act as Beacon lights to rest of the youth and especially those who are being misguided by certain vested interests.
