JAMMU, Apr 3: The 11th edition of J&K wedding jewellery exhibition officially kicked off today under the grace presence of Deputy Chief Minister, Surinder Choudhry.
The event, showcasing over 30,000 unique designs, brings together four prestigious jewellery brands – Silverlines, Fortofino, Semparia and De Beers Forevermark, offering a stunning collection of Diamond, Gold, Polki, Jadao, Kundan and other intricate jewellery designs.
In his inaugural speech, Surinder Choudhry expressed his excitement about the exhibition and highlighted the importance of such events in promoting the local economy and showcasing the rich tradition of jewellery craftsmanship.
He said, “I am thrilled to inaugurate the J&K Wedding Jewellery Exhibition, which not only offers a fantastic opportunity for jewellery lovers to explore exclusive collections but also helps in promoting Jammu as a hub for fine jewellery craftsmanship. The exhibition will provide ample time for visitors to browse the wide range of collections, including special designs that have taken months of meticulous planning and crafting to create.
Some of the standout offers this year include zero making charges on all natural diamond jewellery, 0% deduction on old gold exchange and up to 30% off on diamond jewellery pieces.
