ANANTNAG, Apr 6: Deputy Superintendent of Police (DySP) PC Sangam, Saqib Ghani, has been awarded the “Assadharan Aasuchna Kushalta Padak” for his outstanding work in the field of intelligence and public safety.
The award was presented by SSP Anantnag, Dr G V Sundeep Chakravarthy, at a ceremony held at the District Police Office, Anantnag, where senior officers of police were present.
The award recognised DySP Ghani’s commitment, sharp intelligence skills, and professional approach, which have contributed significantly to maintaining peace and order in the district.
SSP Anantnag congratulated the officer and praised his efforts, encouraging others in the force to follow his example.
He said such recognition reflects the police department’s resolve to appreciate and promote dedication and good performance among its officers.
