POONCH, May 10: Maintaining that J&K is an integral part of the country and each inch of its land belongs to India, BJP National General Secretary Tarun Chugh today alleged that Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge believes there is no relation of Kashmir with Rajasthan, Punjab and other parts of the country.
“The truth is that even every child of the country is ready to sacrifice life for Kashmir. Congress had preserved Article 370, but as soon as Narendra Modi took charge as PM for the second time, he abolished this contentious Article on August 5, 2019 and made Kashmir an integral part of India forever with the result a new wave of development and confidence is visible here today,” he said while addressing a gathering of the party workers and supporters in Poonch on Friday.
Chugh said that the ongoing Lok Sabha elections are very important for the country in which Rahul Gandhi-led tainted INDI Alliance is pitted against Prime Minister Narendra Modi who has been running Governments at State and Central level for the last 23 years without any corruption charges.
“On one side, there is Rahul Gandhi who goes abroad for holidays and on the other side there is Prime Minister who has been serving the nation for 23 consecutive years without any leave,” he said and added that every vote will contribute significantly to making Narendra Modi Prime Minister for the third consecutive time.

Chugh alleged that Congress kept the issue of Ram temple pending for years, but Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his tenure, paved the way for the construction of Ram temple through the court order and also performed Bhoomi Pujan as well as consecration in the grand temple. He also alleged that due to fear of displeasure of their vote bank, the parties in INDI Alliance did not attend Ram Temple consecration ceremony.
Alleging that the slogan of eradicating poverty given by Indira Gandhi was not fulfilled in any Congress Government, the BJP leader said that PM Modi provided free food grains, tap water, gas cylinders and free health insurance upto Rs 5 lakh to 80 crore poor people.
Tarun Chugh said that Pakistan is supporting Rahul Gandhi because of whenever PM Modi conducts surgical strike on Pak, eliminates Naxalites or implements CAA, the former raises question.
“If there is any party in the country that forwards agenda of Pakistan in India, it is Rahul Gandhi’s Congress and if this party comes to power, they will commit the sin of closing Ram Temple with Babri Lock,” he warned.
