Earthquake jolts Northern India, Pak

JAMMU, Nov 22: Tremors were felt in Jammu and Kashmir as an earthquake jolted Northern India and parts of Pakistan late this night.
The earthquake of Magnitude 6.0 with epicenter at Hindu Kush region in Afghanistan, was felt around 11.47 p.m (IST).
As per the reports, its location was 36.56 N ; 71.80 E with depth 100 km.
In Jammu, tremors triggered panic among people and a number of them rushed to open for safety.
However, no reports of damage to property or loss of life were received from any part of the State till filing of this report.
