JAMMU, Feb 1: Estates Department Employees (EDE) will go on three day strike from February 6 to 8, said senior leaders of the Coordination Committee of Estates Department Employees.
Prem Singh Bawa and Yash Pal Sharma, both senior leaders of the coordination committee of EDE held an emergent meeting of executive body wherein it was decided that in view of failure of talks with the Directorate of Estates Department, the employees will observe three day Kam Choro Hartal from February 6 to 8.
They said that the consequences arising out of the strike shall be entirely of Director Estates who failed to initiate any positive dialogue with the coordination committee for the resolution of the demands already furnished to the Government.
