Educated, skilled youth of Jammu facing job crisis: NC

JAMMU, Mar 17: National Conference (NC) has claimed that Jammu region has become a byword for underdevelopment and unemployment where the good governance claims of authorities have fallen flat.
NC provincial president, Ratan Lal Gupta while addressing party workers’ convention in Udhampur expressed concern over the inordinate delay in payment of crop compensation to farmers of border areas.
He also said that the youth of Jammu though being educated and skilled are facing a job crisis.
The NC leader further said that behavior of administration towards the unemployed youth is shameful and the BJP led administration has dashed the dreams of youth.
Former Minister, A.G Malik; provincial secretary, Sheikh Bashir Ahmed; central zone president, Brij Mohan Sharma; provincial vice president, Surinder Singh Bunty; in-charge SC Cell, Vijay Lochan; in-charge OBC Cell, Abdul Gani Teli and others were also present in the meeting.
