Educational shambleness

Sir,
One  swallow can’t make a summer until Govt schools are provided proper infrastructure, requisite teaching staff followed by supervision and inspections to ensure development  of educational standard, the upliftment of rural sector is unachievable. Many schools, if surveyed, are ailing for staff including headmasters. Promotion lists are delayed due to  red-tapism, Mid-Session transfers of staff and additional burder like Mid-day meals, census and election duties tell heavily upon schooling and as a result schools in rural areas fail to develop desired educational objectives. The Govt (department) is also not seen much serious about, as wards of common masses only are destined to enter such schools. If we speak of ReT scheme, it is also in sorry affairs. Numerous court cases and disputed panels entirely due to violation of norms by ZEOs/CEOs indicate efficiency, dedication of the officers concerned. Since it is education that ensures fullest development of a society administrative screws where loose need to be tightened for strict implementation of the norms and  rules by bringing transparency for justice to all.
Yours etc….
