JAMMU, Dec 15: The Government holiday on account of Eid-e-Milad-ul-Nabi shall be observed on December 24, 2015.
A formal order in this regard was issued today by the General Administration Department, Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
“In partial modification of Government order number 1216-GAD of 2014, dated 3-12-2014 and Government order number 1217-GAD of 2014, dated 3-12-2014, it is hereby ordered that the holiday on account of Eid-e-Milad-ul-Nabi shall be observed in the Government offices and educational institutions of the State as well as under the Negotiable Instruments Act on December 24, 2015, says the Government order.
