SRINAGAR, Sept 23: A delegation of EJAC called on Finance Minister Haseeb Drabu at Civil Secretariat and presented him charter of demands consisting of 20 points.
The charter of demands was discussed one by one with the Finance Minister, especially the issue of regularization of temporary employees of all departments, release and regulation of pending salaries of SSA/RMSA masters, teachers and ReTs.
The Finance Minister showed compassionate approach and inclined to adopt a policy for regularization of temporary employees belonging to different departments as per the agreement reached between the Govt and EJAC. President of the EJAC Abdul Qayoom Wani was leading the delegation.
