EJAC expresses concern over job security of Forest Corporation employees

SRINAGAR, April 8: EJAC has sought clarification from the J&K govt regarding job security of Forest Corporation employees.
In a handout, president EJAC, Fayaz Ahmad Shabnam said that recent order issued by MHA in which Forest Corporation Act of 1978 has been repealed has created confusion and panic among the employees of the Forest Corporation.
He said, while whole humanity is in trauma of Coronavirus such an order has increased mental agony of the employees of State Forest Corporation (SFC).
Shabnam said that employees of the Corporation are the main components of JK and expressed concern regarding this matter and urged the govt to give a clarification to the employees of Forest Corporation regarding their job security and other privileges.
