POONCH, Jan 7: An elderly man was knocked to death by a vehicle at Dalera area in Poonch, here today.
Official sources said that deceased, who was identified as Mohd Bashir (77), son of Sain Mohd, resident of Khaneter area, was hit by a video coach bus this morning, resulting into his death on the spot.
The body was later shifted to Raja Sukhdev Singh District Hospital Poonch for postmortem while a Police case has been registered in this connection.
