KATRA, Sept 27: An elderly female pilgrim from New Delhi died here today because of cardiac arrest at Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawan.
According to Police, the deceased was identified as Lachi Devi (70), wife of Kajor Ram of Saqoorpur, J J Colony, New Delhi. She suddenly fell unconscious in waiting hall area of the Bhawan and was rushed to nearby Dispensary where doctors declared her as brought dead.
Later the dead body was shifted to CHC Katra for legal formalities.
