Elections and KPs

Sir,
I would like to highlight the importance and relevance of elections for Kashmiri Pandits. The Kashmiri Pandits are the people who have been victimized and evicted from Kashmir valley by the majority and political community of the Kashmir valley. They have been deprived of property and basic human rights. None of the political parties bother to even to talk about their problems.
All of the voters have one or another objective to vote in favour of a particular political party and candidate and the main objective of Kashmiri Pandits is to get rehabilitated in their home land and also to lead a dignified life. But there seems none to redress the problems of Kashmiri Pandits. None of the political parties have even a single point of agenda in favour of them in their election manifesto. Then why should they waste their time in voting ? It is very natural and logical question.
The only answer to this question is to reserve at least two seats in Parliament and State Assembly so that some one may represent them in national and local legislative bodies , otherwise there seems no relevance of elections for Kashmiri Pandits.
