JAMMU, Dec 20: All J&K Oil & LPG Tank-Truck Drivers and Cleaners Union (OTDCU) has announced that OTDCU election will tentatively be in the month of March 2020.
This was announced by S. Ranjit Singh Raina, Union president quoting the report of Union Election Committee (UEC) constituted for the smooth conduct of elections and deciding election dates.
The UEC report also stated that only members having valid identity cards shall be allowed to participate in the elections.
Singh also said that incumbent leadership of the Union is keen to hold elections expeditiously and in a transparent manner to ensure maximum participation of voters. He urged the members to visit Union office if they have any grievance regarding the elections or their membership cards.
