SRINAGAR, Jan 22: Police today said an employee of Power Development Depart-ment who was electrocuted early on Sunday succumbed to his injuries at Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) today.
A police spokesman said the deceased, Sameer Ahmad Raina of Warpow village of Ganderbal, who was electrocuted on 17 January, succumbed to his injuries this morning at SKIMS Soura. “A case stands already registered in this regard,” he added.
