SRINAGAR, June 28: BJP National general secretary, Tarun Chugh delivered a powerful address to party leaders in Srinagar today. His speech emphasized the importance of unity, resilience, and the BJP’s unwavering commitment to national progress.
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Kashmir unit held a significant meeting at S-1 Church Lane, Srinagar. The meeting was presided over by National general secretary, Tarun Chugh, general secretary (Org), Ashok Koul, and State general secretary, Sunil Sharma.
During the meeting, Tarun Chugh targeted the Congress party for the emergency. He emphasized that programmes are being held across the country today against the Emergency, reflecting on how the Congress exploited the Constitution of India for personal gain. Click here to watch video
Chugh criticized the Congress for its focus on inheriting power and for introducing a dictatorship, stating, “This is the same Congress which dissolved the elected Government and exploited the Constitution of India for their personal gain. The people of the country are organizing programmes across the country today, remembering this chapter of the Congress,” he added.
The meeting was attended by senior leaders, State office bearers, and the district Srinagar team.
