Eminent personality honoring K K Gandhi, a lone artist who was chosen by jury to represent the J&K State as a single representative in the Third Delhi International Film Festival which was held from December 21 to 27 at NDMC convention Centre, New Delhi in collaboration with Delhi Tourism and NDMC. Mrs Arpana Kour, eminent artist of the country was also present on the occasion.
