JAMMU, Apr 27: Several employees’ bodies have extended gratitude to the Government for its decision to release 7% DA in favour of State employees.
National Mazdoor Conference leader Subash Shastri while welcoming the decision described it as employee-friendly. He said providing 7% DA to the employees from January last will provide great relief to the workers class.
All J&K Low Paid Government Employees Federation has described the release of 7% DA installment by Government from January 2012 in favour of State employees and pensioners as partial achievement of their struggle while Employees Joint Action Committee Kargil expressed its gratitude to Government for approving DA.
