As recommended by the J&K Services Selection Board, sanction is hereby accorded to the appointment of Mr. Sanjay Sharma S/o Rattan Lal Sharma R/o H.No.260 Pacci Dacci, Jammu, as Junior Assistant, in the Pay Band of Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 1900/- in the J&K Secretariat (Subordinate) Service with immediate effect.
The appointee shall report to the Additional Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department (Establishment) within a period of 21 days from the date of issuance of appointment order. In case, he fails to join within the stipulated period, his appointment shall be deemed to have been cancelled without any further notice.
The appointee shall be allowed to join only on production of the following certificates in original.-
1. Academic / Technical Qualification Certificates.
2. Matriculation /Date of Birth Certificate.
3. Health Certificate from the concerned Chief Medical Officer of the District.
4. Permanent Resident Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
5. Certificates from the District Industries Centre (DIC) and District Employment & Counseling Centre to the effect that no loan under self employment scheme has been taken by the appointee.
6. Relevant category certificate, if any.
The appointment of Mr. Sanjay Sharma, as Junior Assistant shall further be subject to the following conditions:-
i) He shall give an undertaking in the shape of an Affidavit to the effect that in case adverse report about his Character and Antecedents is received from the Inspector General of Police, (CID), J&K, to whom a reference shall be made by the General Administration Department, he shall have no right to claim his appointment as Junior Assistant in the J&K Secretariat (Subordinate). Service and his appointment, as such, shall be deemed to have been cancelled ab-initio;
ii) Verification /genuineness of the qualification and reserved category certificates from the concerned issuing authorities.
The salary of the appointee shall not be drawn and disbursed to him unless the satisfactory reports in respect of (i) and (ii) above are received in his favour.
The appointment of Mr. Sanjay Sharma shall be governed by the “New Pension Scheme” as per SRO 400 of 2009 elated. 24.12.2009.
The appointee shall be on probation for a period of 02 years and shall undergo and qualify the Secretariat Assistant Examination (Foundation Course) during the period of probation.
The inter-se-seniority of the appointee amongst the candidates appointed vide Government Order No. 497-GAD of 2015 dated.01.04.2015 shall be fixed separately on the basis of the merit secured by him, as recommended by the J&K Services Selection Board.
