NOTICE
Sub:- Tentative seniority list of Assistant Veterinary Officers, Livestock Supervisor, Senior Assistant and Head Assistant of Animal Husbandry Department Jammu
In order to update and finalize the seniority of concerned a tentative seniority list of Assistant Veterinary Officers, Livestock Supervisors, Senior Assistants and Head Assistants of Animal Husbandry Department Jammu as it stood on 01-01-2015 has already been circulated to Joint Directors, Chief Animal Husbandry Officers and all other DDO’s vide this office No.E- 1912/-2914-35 Dated 16/07/2015,E-1912/2936-56 Dated16/07/2015, E-1911/2957-79 Dated 16/07/2015 and DAHJ/ Adm-2016/3507-27 Dated 29/07/2015 for information of all the concerned. Accordingly all concerned are directed to furnish objections, if any, to this Directorate through their controlling Officers along with documentary evidences within a maximum period of 21 days from the date of issue ofthe circular. In case no objection is received within the stipulated time the seniority shall be deemed as final.
Those who belong to reserved category and their category has not been incorporated in the tentative seniority list, if any, are directed to submit the attested photo copy of the valid certificate enabling this office to incorporate category against their names in the final seniority list. However, the employees who belong to different reserved categories and their category has already been incorporated in their seniority list but their category certificate validity has expired are hereby informed to submit their fresh valid category certificate to the Directorate of Animal Husbandry, Jammu through their Controlling officers within 21 days from the date of issuance of this notice. Any employee who fails to submit such fresh valid category certificate within the prescribed time of 21 days shall cease the right to claim any benefit under J&K Reservation Rules, 2005.
The date of birth as recorded in the tentative seniority Iist shall not be taken authenticated unless the same correspond with the date of birth accepted under rules. Omissions, if any, pointed out need to be communicated to this Directorate for rectification prior to issuance of final seniority list.
The seniority is issued without prejudice to the outcome of writ petition, if any pending in any court of law.
The officials are advised to get in touch with their respective DDO’s in this regard on priority.
