ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE NO. 04 OF 2014

Due to no response regarding one post of ALC Class-IV Category in Sericulture Sector advertised vide this office Advertisement Notice No. 03 of 2014 dated 18-10-2014 and corrigendum issued vided this office letter No. 1058-64 Dated 27-12-2013. Now the applications are once again invited for one post of class IV category (ALC) in the pay Scale of 4440-7440+Grade pay 1300.
Terms and Conditions
The applicant must full fill the following eligibility conditions.
1. Must be permanent resident of District Udhampur.
2. The age of applicant should not exceed the age limit as mentioned below as on 31-01-2015.
(a) Minimum 18 Years
(b) Maximum (ALC) 39 Yrs
3. Qualification:
(a) Minimum Matriculation from recognized Board.
(b) Maximum 10+2 from recognized Board.
No additional weightage shall be given for higher qualification and the points shall be awarded as under.
10th 60 points (on pro rata basis)
12th 20 points (on pro rata basis)
Viva 20 points
Total 100 points.
The appointee shall however, in the matter of age, qualification, conduct and other ancillary matters shall be governed by the recruitment rules and Government orders in vogue at the time of appointment.
4. The appointment shall be done as per reservation rules in vogue at the time of Appointment.
5. The application form with acknowledgement card accompanied with necessary documents/ testimonials and two recent passport size photgraphs posted at specified places and duly attested by a gazetted officer must be delivered by hand against a proper receipt during office hours at the address- Office of the Deputy Director Sericulture Dev Department Udhampur within twenty one (21) days from the date of publication of this notice. No application by post shall be entertained.
6. Filled in Application Form without requisite testimonials/ documents shall be immediately rejected without intimation to the candidates.
7. The selection committee reserves the right to shortlist candidates on the basis of merit.
8. The candidates called for interview shall have to produce their academic qualification/ date of birth certificate in original at the time of interview.
