Whereas a final seniority list of the ACDPOs/ TSWO/ Equivalent, Social Welfare Department as it stood on 01-10-2013 was last issued vide Government Order No. 207-SW of 2013 dated 04-10-2013.
Whereas, after the issuance of the aforesaid senioriy list, some members of the service have been appointed to the Jammu and Kashmir Social Welfare (Gaz) Service on the recommendations of the J&K Public Service Commission/ Department Promotion Committee and some have retired after attaining the age of superanuation; and.
Whereas, this had necessitated issuance of an updated seniority list in respect of the members of the aforesaid service and accordingly a tentative seniority list of J&K Social Welfare (Gazetted) Services was circulated vide circular No: 10-SW of 2014 dated: 31-12-2014 inviting objections, if any, within a period of 21 days from the date of issue of tentative seniority list;
Whereas, objections were received from some aggrieved incumbents, within the prescribed time and same were examined, and accordingly the amendments as required, were incorporated in the said seniority positions, where ever necessary;
Now, therefore final seniority list of ACDPOs/ TSWO/ Equivalent, Social Welfare Department as it stood on 01-01-2015, is hereby issued as per Annexure “A” to this order under Rule 24 of J&K Civil Services (Classification Control and Appeal) Rules 1956.
The Seniority list is being issued without prejudice to and subject to the out-come of the writ petitions, if any pending in the courts of law on the date of issue of this order.
Any Officer who may feel aggrieved with his/ her placement in the final seniority list, may file a review petition in the Social Welfare Department (Administrative Department) through the concerned Directors within 10 days from the date of the issue of this order.
The Date of Birth/ Educational Qualification of the Officers mentioned in the list shall not be taken as authentic and final, unless it corresponds to the Date of Birth recorded in his/her service book/ original Date of Birth Certificate.
