6. Character certificate from the competent authority.

8. An undertaking in the form of affidavit as given in Annexure-I duly attested by judicial magistrate
9. Any other certificate required under rules.
The candidates shall also bring Photostat set of all the above documents duly attested by a Gazetted Officer along-with at the time of joining.
The salary of the appointees shall be drawn and disbursed to them by the concerned DDO after receipt of the verification report from the verifying agency, Viz. CID and concerned University / Board.
In case any candidate is adversely reported upon by the verifying agency viz. CID or the relevant category or other certificate is found not be genuine/ valid, he/she shall have no claim to hold the post to which appointed and his/her appointment shall automatically stand cancelled without any further notice and shall be liable for criminal proceedings.
Any candidate who fails to join within a period of 21 (twenty one) days from the issuance of this order shall forfeit his/her right to the appointment which shall be cancelled forthwith.

Notice
While going through the records, it has come to the fore that the candidate namely Salman Bashir S/o Late Bashir Ahmad Peer has filled-up two separate OMRs/ application forms for the post of Jr. Engineer (Civil) Grade-II. Hence two different Roll Nos. “2130100535” and “2130100534” have got generated against his name. The said candidate has appeared in the written test under Roll No. “2130100535” and has secured a total of 45.5172 (30.34%) marks in the written test thus has not qualified the test. However, while sending the data for tagging of roll numbers, inadvertently, his two roll numbers have been recorded as “2130100534” and “2130100536” instead of “2130100534” and “2130100535”. Due to this wrong tagging, score (97.2414) of the candidate having roll number “2130100536” has got recorded against Mr. Salman Bashir when his actual score in the written test is 45.5172.
In view of the situation enumerated herein above, the recommendation of Salman Bashir S/o Late Bashir Ahmad Peer (Int. S.No.551) figuring in the waiting list of Open Merit at S.No. 51, Item No: 884 (11 of 2013) is hereby withdrawn abnitio.
Consequently following change in the waiting list Open Merit will take place.
“The candidate figuring at S.No. 52 shall now become S.No.51 and S.No.53 shall now become S.No.52 so on and so forth.”
