Whereas Shri Rohit Gujral S/o Sh.Ashok Kumar R/o Nowshera among other was selected as Class-IV (Attendant) in this district by the Chairman District Level Recruitment Committee and the same was published in the daily English news paper “KASHMIR TIMES” Dated:-22.06.2014. .
Whereas formal order of their appointment as Class-IV in this department was issued by Director, Animal Husbandry Department Jammu’s order No. 240-DAHJ of 2014, dated: 12.8.2014 and the candidates were required to join this office within 21 days from the issue of appointment order, failing which the appointment order shall have deemed to be cancelled without any further notice.
Whereas Shri Rohit Gujral S/o Sh. Ashok Kumar R/o Nowshera has not joined the department within stipulated period as per the terms and condition of the appointment order
Therefore, the appointment order issued in his favour among other by the Director, Animal Husbandry Jammu referred above is hereby cancelled as per the terms and condition of the appointment order and also in compliance to his office letter No. quoted under reference.
