DODA, Dec 16: Continuing its efforts against the illegal encroachment of public roads and State land, Revenue Department under the overall supervision of DC Doda, Vishesh Paul Mahajan carried removed anti-encroachment drive and removed permanent structure on Doda-Ghat Road.
The anti-encroachment drive was carried out by Naib Tehsildar and other revenue officials along with a team of police under the supervision of Tehsildar Doda Shabir Ahmed Malik.
The officials said that these anti-encroachment drives will be a regular feature of the department until the entire encroachments are not removed.
They also said that similar drives are being conducted in other areas of the district to discourage encroachments in letter and spirit.
