BHADERWAH, May 24: Engineering student was found hanging at his temporary residence in Vasuki Vihar area, police sources said.
The deceased was identified as Akshay Kumar (21), son of Man Chand, a resident of Lachan Chinta, at present Vasuki Vihar.
He was pursuing engineering in Chandigarh and came back to home after surge in COVID-19 pandemic cases.
After conducting autopsy at SDH Bhaderwah, the body of the deceased youth was handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
Bhaderwah Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
