REASI, Aug 24: Rakesh Mahajan, Incharge All Cells Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) accompanied by Ved Sharma, All Cells BJP Co-Incharge besides others convened a meeting of all the cells of Bharatiya Janata Party to review their functioning across the district here.
Prominent among those who attended the meeting were Reasi Zila President, Sheel Mangotra, Municipal Council Chairman, Mr Puri, Panchayati Raj Cell Convenor, Shiv Dev, Pradesh Sports Cell Co-Convenor Narinder Sharma and Senior Citizen Cell Convenor.
During the meeting, various Cells Convenors briefed Rakesh Mahajan about the working progress in their areas of influence at the grass root level across the Reasi District.
While addressing various Cell Convenors and others attending the meeting, Mahajan exerted upon the Cell heads and other functionaries to activate their workers in their areas and ask them to reach every doorstep ensuring that the full facilities are percolating to the people living in this hilly belt especially in its far flung areas.
He said we are fortunate enough to get the opportunity of working during the tenure of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the mentorship and guidance of MoS PMO, Dr Jitendra Singh besides receiving precious instructions from the senior J&K cadre of the party including Ashok Kaul and we must leave no stone unturned in accomplishing the tasks handed over to the Cells.
The All Cells Incharge directed the Cell Convenors and Co-Convenors to remain among the people at the grass root level and ensure optimum implementation of all schemes rolled out by the Government from time to time. He urged them to ensure that the benefits of PM launched schemes reach right upto the tail-ender in the line of residents of the district.
Earlier, the welcome address during the meeting was presented by Reasi Zila President, Sheel Mangotra while the vote of thanks was presented by Ved Sharma, All Cells BJP Co-Incharge J&K.
