JAMMU, June 6: Taking cognizance of death of nine horses in Katra due to starvation, Division Bench of J&K High Court comprising Chief Justice Gita Mittal and Justice Rajneesh Oswal has issued notice to the Deputy Commissioner Reasi.
Moreover, the DB has issued notice to the Secretary, Department of Sheep & Animal Husbandry, UT of Jammu and Kashmir to immediately examine the issue and ensure that no animal goes hungry.
