JAMMU, Jan 12: Chairman and CEO of the J&K Bank, Parvez Ahmed has said that entrepreneurs should take full benefit of the new Industrial Scheme in the State.
While interacting with the Co-Chairman PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry Jammu Region and president Hotel & Restaurant Association, Katra Rakesh Wazir along with others, the Bank Chairman said that Bank will put its hard efforts for the development of the Industry in the state particularly the Tourism/Service sector. He said although the system is very fast as far as financing and other activities of the bank are concerned, yet still directions down the line will be passed for expedieting it further.
He said it is very important that more and more people should invest in the state more particularly when new Industrial incentives too, have come and set up their units so that maximum employment is generated and the younger generation may get maximum work opportunities in the state. He stressed for a joint campaign by J&K Bank, PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Hotel Association in the shape of a seminar fully sponsored by the Bank as first step, wherein top functionaries of the state be invited.
Parvez Ahmed and had detailed discussion with regard to the working of the Bank including liberal financing, initiatives under social responsibility scheme, New Industrial Development Scheme floated recently by the government and bringing of its awareness among the entrepreneurs and especially the new entrepreneurs etc.
Wazir said that the new industrial package has been announced and since is for a limited period and its maximum utilization should be done so that more and more entrepreneurs of the state get benefitted out of it and that is possible only if J&K Bank comes in full support of the entrepreneurs with the liberal financing.
