It has come as a whiff of fresh air to see D.C Reasi taking up the issue of dry water sources, which seems to be entirely due to negligence of the Railway/executing agencies. We, as a people, have failed to preserve old ponds and springs due to so called development. There is little time left for this generation to save water. Unless we wake up and preserve our environmenta, disasters are going to happen. My submission to the Deputy Commissioner Reasi is to ensure restoration of springs for the thirsty people of the area so afected.
