Era of exploitative, discriminative politics over: Slathia

SAMBA, Feb 27: UT BJP Vice President and former minister Surjeet Singh Slathia today said the era of exploitative and discriminative politics in Jammu and Kashmir is over with level playing field in progress and development available to all, irrespective of region and religion.
He said the opportunities of growth to all are the dictum of the cherished agenda of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas.
Addressing people at Raya and Bari Khad areas in the Vijaypur Assembly Constituency, Slathia said the BJP has been working for the upliftment of all with focused attention towards weaker and marginalized segments of the society.
Exhorting the workers to fan out in their areas to strengthen the party at the grassroots level, Slathia said a strong and vibrant BJP is answer to surmounting challenges facing Jammu and Kashmir. The day is not far when the Union Territory will usher a path of peace and progress with avenues of opportunities available to all without discrimination and deprivation.
During the public outreach programme, the locals apprised the Vice President about collective problems as also those facing their areas. He assured that these will be taken up at appropriate forums for earnest redressal.
The Raya public meeting was organized by Sarpanch Daljeet Singh and prominent among those present on the occasion included Chairman Block Development Council Mr Jogeshwar Singh, Chairman BDC Ramgarh Darshan Singh besides Sarpanches Brijpal Singh,etc.
The public meeting at Bari Khad was organized by Yousf Mohammed and prominent among those present included Col Rashid Ahmed, Mustafa Ahmed, Salim Ahmed, Allah Rakha, Sohail Choudary, Yaaquib Ahmed, Neik Mohammad, Vijay Singh, Raman Gupta and Bhagwan Singh.
