Sir,
Terrorism indeed is a grave threat to a peaceful life of citizens, but the impact of corruption is equally dangerous with the difference the former draws the blood and kills but the later kills without drawing the blood. Corruption is a serious malody. It actually disturbs our social, economical and political edifices.
What drags one for this evil practice, when in no way it brings lasting glory to any one. Plainly speaking, it is merely misuse of one’s official position. It is a habit cultivated first in isolation and later on when thickened, abundantly exercised, forgetting all barriers of morality. The practice of corruption is extremely immoral, unsocial and far away from humanitarian principles. It starts from the top and percolates to the lower rungs of administration. Its eradication can easily be done if the fear of losing vote bank doesn’t exist. Perhaps this is why all efforts so far have failed to root it out from our soil.
Yours etc…
