Sir,
Despite so much noise about checking corruption in the country, it has become a way of life. The educated and rich are more inclined towards this evil. What is tragic, harder the laws, more the corruption is. It is so deeply rooted in our systems that luke warm efforts to root it out haven’t brought desired results. Consequently, it goes on unabated. The masses are suffering and the gulf between rich and poor is widening day by day. Therefore, simplification and streamling of the systems where it is openly and excessively exercised, is of vital significance.
Social awakening and moral values if cultivated and inculcated in our youngesters, without doubt, the graph of corruption will reduce. Actually, it is a matter of mentality and not a need of the man concerned, who craves for it. Since it is in thick layers, obviously, needs strong will power of Govts to eradicate its prevalence from root and branch. It is tragedy that the man for whom he plays fair and foul in the match of life, goes alone during solitary journey when the body departs from the soul. Kith and kins for whom all non -sense is done, do not stand in distress. Accumulation of money through malpractices is, therefore, neither lawfully justified more morally acceptable.
Yours etc..
