JAMMU, Jan 6: Ek Sath Rang Mandal (ESRM) today presented new awareness nukkad “2020 Zimeydarian” under its Monday Theatre Series at Pacca Talab, JDA Park, Rehari Chungi, Jammu.
The nukkad opens with a group of few young friends discussing what should be their responsibilities in the coming year. They approach their teacher Suraj Prakash and seek some guidance.
Suraj Prakash agrees to give them a detailed resolution for coming year. He advises them to swear that they shall never repeat the mistakes they have committed last year. He also asks them to shun unhealthy eating habits and do physical exercise daily to keep their body fit.
“You should take decision to contribute socially for the welfare of common man and overall for the society. You should work for poor children, their economic development, their education and awareness against social evils,” he suggests them and further asks them to take a pledge to help orphans, old people and poor with clothes and other necessary things this year.
The teacher further asks them to keep complete knowledge of their history, culture, traditions and customs and convey same to others who are ignorant about these. He also advises them to start awareness campaign for adopting traffic rules and against drug addiction, domestic violence and other evils.
Actors who acted in the nukkad were Vikram Rajwal, Raju Mad, Angel Samreena Jaan, Tariq Khan, Ketan Raj Sharma, Manish Raina, Ujhwal Bangral, Rohan Sharma, Sadam Hussain and Vijay Malla.
The nukkad was written and directed by Vijay Malla.
