JAMMU, June 27: Ek Sath Rang Mandal today presented its 201st performance with Vijay Malla’s Hindi play “Sakshatkar” under Monday theatre series at Horticulture Park, B C Road, near Bus Stand here.
The play Sakshatkar deals with the problems and evils prevailing in the society like drug addiction and boozing.
These are burning problems in our present society which we face in our day to day life. A group of social activists decide to refine the society by explaining them the repercussions of drug addiction and boozing by petty labour which are both dangerous to the society and country.
In this  play these social workers carry those members ladies/children/parents with them so that general public is made aware of the results of such evils by petty labour who earn from hand to mouth but spend maximum earning on boozing and spare a petty amount for the welfare of their family and their children are deprived of education and livelihood. The drug addiction is also a big warning to our society where younger generation is destroying its health, wealth and reputation of their parents. Social workers advise parents also to be cautious about the daily activities of their children at teenage.    Parents should know the company of their children.
Social activists also aware ladies that they should be brave enough to stop their husbands who indulge in drinking and gambling.
A large number of people witnessed this play. Among the prominent persons present on this occasion were Vikas Saproo, Event Director from Delhi.
The play was written and directed by Vijay Malla and assisted by Anuroop Pathania.
Those who performed in the play Kanta Sharma, Mohit, Anuroop Pathania, Prabal Sharma, Kuldeep Raj and Vijay Malla.
