JAMMU, Mar 5: Ek Sath Rang Mandal (ESRM) today presented Vijay Malla’s new progressive nukkad “Vaahan Aaur Anushasan” under its Monday Theatre Series here at Gole Market Park, Gandhi Nagar.
The nukkad opens with an educated couple engaging in an argument over purchase of a motorbike for their minor son. Father is not in favor of purchasing bike because his son is minor and cannot get license legally maybe he can drive. But the mother is in favor of giving her minor son a gift in the form of a bike without knowing its negative results.
Finally, actors of the nukkad appeal everybody that they should take care of traffic rules and laws which can avoid their humiliation in the hands of authorities. “Our life is not so cheap that we will offer it to death free of cost”, they said.
Through nukkad, artists gave a message that we should not allow our minor children to drive vehicles and should never encourage such moves which can lead to fatal accidents or mishaps. We should avoid travelling in over-crowded public vehicles and wait for another vehicle which has less passengers. We must adopt rules and laws of traffic so that our society is disciplined and peaceful.
Actors who acted in the nukkad were Anuroop Pathania, Raju Mad, Shahid, Kavita, Vidhi and Vijay Malla. The nukkad was written by Vijay Malla and directed by Anuroop Pathania.
