JAMMU, Oct 14: Ek Sath Rang Manch (ESRM) staged “Jagoo Bandu Jagoo Bhaiya” in its Monday Theatre Series at Jagriti Niketan, Kachi Chawni.
The play written and directed by Vijay Malla reveals that young generation is wasting their time, wandering aimlessly in wrong directions without any motive or goal.
The play depicts that one should curtail and stop drug addiction on ground level for the sake of the future generation. Culture and traditions of ancestors should be adopted so as to make the children aware about Indian history, monuments and personalities.
The play also asks the people to remember national heroes like Subash Chander, Bhagat Singh, Raj Guru and Chander Shekhar.
The actors, who acted in the play were Anuroop Pathania, Atul Mehra, Arun Singh, Muzamil Khan, Kumari Shallu, Qurat-ul-Ain, Nisha Devi and Vijay Malla.
Prof Sadhana Sharma, Principal and senior staff including BM Sharma, SC Bali, Rattan Sharma, Usha Choudhary and Tarseem Lal were also present.
