JAMMU, Feb 23: ESRM in collaboration with BLSKS today staged its 131st play in Hindi “Jee Yehi Baat Hai” in its Monday Theatre Series at Janipur.
The play is an eye opener for the parents who encourage their children for corrupt practices.
The play opens in a middle class family where a father decides to educate his son and gets appointment in money making department through his sources and money.
Father is excited to get his son’s appointment at such a place where he can earn extra money through illegal means. Father manipulates his planning that he will buy a new house, a luxury vehicle and keep a large amount as a bank balance.
He advises his son that he should not leave an opportunity to accept bribe in the department, as he has paid a large sum money for getting his appointment at such a place. But the son who is well educated, disciplined and respects moral values refuses to indulge in such corrupt practices.
He convinces his father that corruption is bottleneck in the development of the Country and as a responsible citizen they should not encourage corruption but try to stop it.
