JAMMU, Aug 25: The Estates employees who were on strike for the last one week, today suspended their agitation on the assurance of the Director Estates, J&K today.
A spokesman of the Coordination Committee of Estates Employees Unions said that employees’ ongoing strike was today suspended as the Director Estates, directed both Dy Director Estates Jammu Satish Sharma and Executive Engineer Estates, Jammu Province, Rajesh Abrol to hold negotiations with the Union leaders. On this assurance, the agitation has been suspended.
