Even after abrogation of Art 370, OBC remain neglected: AIBCU

JAMMU, July 3: All India Backward Classes Union, J&K has alleged that statement issued by the Chairman of Socially and Educationally Backward Commission of JKUT, which has appeared in many news papers of July 3 that OBC reservation percentage is Govt’s prerogative, is very shameful.
It said that after nine years of ruling, Govt has failed to prove its claim that Article 370 and 35-A has been abrogated on August 5, 2019.   Even after the lapse of four years Govt  did a big reservation scam in J&K by telling lies right from Parliament to the ground through its advertisements in every daily newspaper of any language.
In Parliament , Home Minister made a big statement that with the abrogation Art 370, 52% population belonging to OBCs would be benefitted to the maximum but the same bill which was in the hands of Home Minster was containing the matter reverse to that on page 42 at S. No. 07  with no change in nomenclature and quota percentage.
If quota percentage is the Govt prerogative, then what was the fun of this Commission in which crores of rupees are being spent.
Again Commission’s statement that it is thinking over OBC reservation quota, one can ask the Commission what it did in its full tenure in commission, only tried it’s level best to make J&K a Manipur State but OBCs of J&K are most sensitive who showed patience over the inclusion of 15 groups instead of castes.
If Govt is meant  only to issue such statements periodically , we the OBCs are also ready to give a befitting reply in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections as if loot of constitutional rights of OBCs is the Govt’s prerogative, the uprooting the Govt is the prerogative of the puplic on the principle” tit for tat’.
It is an appeal to the OBCs to remain vigilant from the Govt’ s such activities which propagate for Ram Mandir and Art 370  but in its practical working Govt has nothing to do with Mandir, but it needs only votes for which OBCs are with their arms up to revolt for their constitutional rights, the only bases for their future.
