JAMMU, Feb 15: There is ever-increasing pool of educated youth talent in Jammu and we can harness this talent by providing them with an opportunity to work in their home state.
This was stated by Managing Director (MD) RVS iGlobal London, Vikrant Gupta. RVS iGlobal is an IT Consulting Company with headquarters in London and network operations centre in Jammu.
Gupta said RVS iGlobal recently attended the Mega Job Fair, 2023 organized by District Employment and Counselling Centre, Jammu at Convention Centre, Canal Road, Jammu in presence of Advisor to LG, RR Bhatnagar and Sarita Chauhan, Commissioner/Secretary to Government, Labor and Employment Department. Job seekers from all the regions of Jammu and Kashmir participated in the event.
He said approximately 4,000 job seekers from all over J&K participated in the event. The MD further shared that RVS iGlobal received applications from more than 200 candidates and has shortlisted 60 IT professional candidates, who will be trained on latest IT technologies to work in their Network Operations Centre in Jammu, enabling them to get an international level work exposure while working in their own home land.
“RVS iGlobal is confident to increase its skilled workforce by double fold in next 1 year and with the ever-increasing pool of educated youth talent in Jammu, the journey is looking good going forward”, Gupta added.
