JAMMU, Jan 4: Ex-MLA Hiranagar, Prem Lal met the Governor, Satya Pal Malik and among other things demanded CBI probe into Asifa murder case.
It is pertinent to mention here that Asifa was found dead mysteriously last year near her home in Hiranagar.
Lal also demanded allotment of five marla plots to the needy families of border areas of Hiranagar, mini secretariat at Hiranagar with all government offices, recruitment rallies in security forces at Kathua for border youth, issuance of Dogra Certificate to Jammu region people for preferential benefits in army recruitments and five per cent reservation for border and LoC people in jobs.
He also demanded a Degree College at Marheen and hostel facilities for the border students.
More demands included trauma hospital at Chadwal.
