JAMMU, July 31: An ex-sarpanch from Nagrota constituency went missing under suspicious circumstance this afternoon.
As per police sources, family members hailing from Dhok Wazira, Nagrota lodged a complaint with police station Nagrota stating that their family member namely Advocate Raman Wazir went missing under suspicious circumstances. The person happens to the ex-sarpanch of Dhok Wazira.
Acting over the complaint, a missing complaint was lodged at Nagrota police station and manhunt was started to trace out the missing ex-sarpanch.
However, local people while talking to media persons alleged that the ex-sarpanch has been kidnapped by some miscreants.
When contacted SP Rural Arun Gupta told that a missing complaint has been lodged in this regard and hunt has been launched to trace out the missing person. He ruled out kidnapping of ex-sarpanch stating that it’s too early to say anything.
