JAMMU, Mar 27: The monthly meeting of Ex-Servicemen Association Akhnoor was held in Akhnoor on March 25, 2024.
Chaired by Lakhbir Singh, the meeting discussed several issues concerning welfare of ex-servicemen, widows, and differently-able personnel.
In particular, the ex-servicemen discussed functioning of ECHS Poly Clinic, issue of OROP anomalies, which includes equal MSP, disability pension, widow pension, and MACP to all ranks.
While addressing the ex-servicemen, the Chairman of the Association discussed about the improvements made towards the functioning of ECHS and its upgradation and congratulated the ex-servicemen for the same.
The meeting was conducted by General Secretary Mani Ram Bhagat while Capt Santosh Sharma, Bodh Raj Bhagat, Kaka Ram, Raghubir Singh, Gurmukh Singh, Gullu Ram, Banarasi Lal, Romesh Chander, Subash Chander, Jagdev Singh, Jatinder Singh, Mohammad Gafoor, and others addressed the meeting.
