KATHUA, Jan 3: Advocate Ajat Shatru Sharma, president District Bar Association Kathua re-constituted and declared its new executive body and other important committees.
Sharma appoints Advocates Ramit Jasrotia and Devinder Singh as vice-presidents, Advocates Kamaljeet Singh and Nishant Singh as general secretaries, Advocate Pawandeep Singh as joint secretary and Incharge Bar Library, Advocates Mandeep Singh, VS Billowria, Varun Mahajan and Abhinav Jandyal as joint secretaries, Advocate Rajesh Kumar as treasurer, Advocate Pankaj Kumar as joint treasurer, Shrikant Sagar Raina as press secretary and Advocate Anil Singh, Andotra as spokesperson.
Advocates Devinder K Sharma, Kuldeep Raj Sharma, Vinod K Dogra, Deepak Sharma, Atul Singh Andotra, Barun Sharma and Naiya Sharma were appointed as executive members while the Bar president said that the president and vice president of Young Lawyers’ Association, shall be appointed as ex-officio executive members.
The Bar president also re-constituted Advisory Committee, Grievances Redressal Committee, Infrastructure Development Committee, Library Committee and Canteen Committee. The Advisory Committee comprises of constituted of Advocates Sham Swaroop Gupta, Satpal Sharma, Balbir Singh, Dilawar Singh, Subash Chander Sharma, Ravi Gupta, Vijay Sharma, Neelam Sharma, Bal Krishan Gupta, Ganga Ram Sharma, TN Gupta, BB Sharma, and YC Katoch.
The Grievances Redressal Committee comprises of Advocates SK Sangra, Sushil Gupta, Rajesh Sharma, Anminder Salathia and Dushyant Jandyal whereas the Infrastructure Development Committee includes Advocates Saurav Mahajan, Manu Sharma, Vishal Sharma, Keshav Verma and Ankush Sharma.
The Library Committee consists of Advocates Tarun Gupta, Romeshwar Chowhan, Gourav Singh, Surjeet Kumar and Mukesh Kumar while Canteen Committee includes Advocates Pankaj Gupta, Amit Sharma, Ankush Sharma (Sr) and Shivam Sachdev.
Besides this, the election Committee for conducting the elections for the post of president, Young Lawyers’ Association was also constituted with Advocate Prem Chand Sharma as chief returning officer and convener while Advocates Rahul Sharma, Anil Kalotra, Munish Mahajan and Adarsh Kumar as other returning officers.
