Sir,
There is need to winter vacation in winter zone schools of Jammu as weather has not improved much. Snow are rain continue to fall in hilly areas. It is biting cold and schools are not warm enough to provide congenial studying atmosphere to children. It is quite risky to expose children to such a harsh climate. It is therefore requested to extend winter vacations by some days.
